Non-urgent advice: COVID-19 Update
If you or any of your family have symptoms of COVID-19 and have tested positive with an LFT you should self-isolate, but it is no longer a legal requirement.
The minimum isolation period is 5 days. You should take an LFT on day 5 and another the following day. If both are negative and you do not have a high temperature, you can leave isolation.
If you still have a high temperature on day 5, you should continue to isolate until it has returned to normal.
If the LFTs are still positive on day 5 and 6 continue to isolate until you have 2 negative LFT tests in a row or get to day 10.
