REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS
By prior arrangement with the doctor repeat prescriptions can be provided. Periodically the doctor will wish to review your situation.
Requests can be made in three ways:

1. BY POST Send full details of your requirements, together with a stamped, self addressed envelope to the surgery. Please make sure that you have enough medication remaining to allow time for our processing the prescription (2 working days) and for the post.

2. BY HAND A written request can be delivered to the surgery at any time. The prescription can be collected after 2 working days.

3. BY FAX Fax your request on 029 2057 8870. Please allow 2 working days before collecting your prescription.

4. BY EMAIL This facility will be available from 1 Feb 07. Please allow 2 working days before collecting your prescription.

Please do not telephone for prescriptions as these calls may block lines needed for emergencies.
