Verbal Abuse or Violent Behaviour

The Partners have a zero tolerance policy regarding verbal abuse or violent behaviour from patients to either the clinicians or the reception staff. We are obliged to call the police and it is within our rights to inform the Local Health Board that we are removing the patient with immediate effect if unacceptable behaviour occurs.
