Alert - Hotmail account users ( posted on May 13, 2011 )
Repeat Prescriptions
If you have a 'hotmail' account which you use to order your repeat prescriptions please be aware that the virus software and firewalls in place in Health Solutions Wales who look after the NHS Wales email accounts sometimes block 'hotmail' email messages as they are treated as Spam emails.
This is also because 'Hotmail' sometimes put alerts on blocks of addresses because of a problem - NOT individual users. If your email is
blocked it does not reach the Fairwater Health Centre at all.
If you use 'hotmail' it is recommended you use the repeat prescription form on the Fairwater Health Centre web site.
