If your child is over 6 months and reached the age of 5 years before the 7 December 2009 then they can now have the swine flu vaccination.

We are well underway with the swine flu vaccination programme. We are now calling forward any patients who are eligible for the vaccine. This includes the members of the household of any of our immuno-suppressed patients.
The Practice decided that it would be best to phone patients with an offer of a vaccination appointment in an effort to cut down on the 'did not attend' rate. Also, it has given us the opportunity to record in the medical records whether the offer has been declined. If you do decline the swine flu vaccination but then change your mind - please phone the surgery for an appointment.
Please be patient - we are holding vaccination clinics as often as is possible. We are now able to order the correct levels of vaccines for our use so we are in a [...]
